The CA Care Therapy

Are You Anti-Doctor, Anti-Chemo, and Anti-Medical Treatment?

Let me be clear from the start. If you have a lump in your breast, a swelling in your abdomen, etc. my advice is: Go and see the doctor and find out what is wrong with you. Medical science is the most reliable way of diagnosing your problem. Please do not go to the sinseh or alternative practitioners! You may be misled by them.

When we first started CA Care, I always “encouraged” patients to go for chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy. However, with time I started to learn the “reality” of what these treatments do to the patients. Patients suffered and some even died from these treatments. Now, if you ask me: Should I go for chemo or radiotherapy? Should I take tamoxifen for five (or ten years) as recommended by the doctor? My reply is: I am sorry I cannot say yes or no. You have to make your own decision. However, if you want to know, I can tell you what can go wrong with such treatments as experienced by other patients.

Another question that patients often asked is: Should I go for mammogram, CT scan or PET scan? I am worried of the radiation used in this imaging procedure. Yes, I understand your concern. But I believe it is okay if you do it once or twice. These imagining procedures are helpful for the doctor to make the correct diagnosis but unfortunately these procedures are often abused for the sake of making money. Example, it is madness if you are asked to do PET scan every month. The brother of my adopted brother had to do that!

Our mission at CA Care is not to show off who is right or who is wrong. You come to us in desperate need of help. You are lost and do not know what else to do. Our mission is to help you the best way we know how. When we give our advice, we use our common sense. Do what is right for you.  It does not matter if it is the medical treatment helps you or our herbs that helps you! What is important is you get well. It does not make sense that after having spent thousands of dollars on a treatment (and you suffered along the way) you are still sick, or some patients even died.

What Is Your Therapy All About?

When you first come and see us, I shall sit down with you and talk, not for ten or fifteen minutes, but for an hour or two at least.

  • I would like you to tell me what has gone wrong from the very beginning.
  • Then I would like to know all the treatments that you have undergone.
  • Finally, I would like to know the problems you are facing now.

By your answers and the manner you replied my questions, I would be able to “guess” what kind of a person I am dealing with. Also, it gives me a hint if I can help you or not. As I have always said, we are not trying to kill anything in your body. It is not going to be a war in your body. We are trying to “rebalance” your body to make it well again. Let your healthy body take care of your cancer!

The strategies of healing by using herbs are:

  • To counteract the effects of toxins produced by the diseased tissues, detoxify the body system and boost its immune system.
  •  The emphasis is to restore balance in the body that has for years been in serious disharmony.
  • The herbs do not, in any aggressive way, attempt to destroy the malignant cells unlike the chemo-drugs or radiation.

Based on both written and practical knowledge we have formulated no less than sixty herbal mixtures to help cancer patients with their problems. These herbal combinations are made from herbs with no added preservatives, narcotic drugs, or chemicals. Let me repeat, all our herbal teas are made using only natural herbs.

Is the consumption of the herbs harmful? Surely, the consumption of herbs is much safer than the toxic, chemo-drugs!

When patients come to us, generally they have three major problems.

  • One, the cancer itself. We have herbs that detoxify your body. This comes in the form of Powder A, C&D, and M. You don’t need to cook these herbs.

In addition to these three items, we also ask you to take herbal teas specially formulated for your cancer. If you have breast cancer, you take Breast Tea. Lung tea for lung cancer and Liver tea for liver cancer. We have a variety of teas specially formulated for each type of cancer. This is not a case of one tea good for all types of cancer.

Unfortunately, these herbal teas need to be boiled. Take six tablespoons of the raw herbal mixture and boil in three cups or bowls of water. Boil until the volume of tea is reduced to about one cup/bowl. Strain it and drink the tea warm. Do not drink the debris. One question often asked is: What kind of pot do I use for boiling the tea? Don’t use aluminium pot. Use glass or pyrex pot, stainless steel pot, or ceramic pot.

  • Two, after undergoing medical treatments, you might suffer from various side effects. We have herbal teas specially formulated for these problems. For example, we have Chemo-Tea or Radio-Tea to help with the side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Appetite Tea to help improve your appetite. Pain tea is good if you have pain. Don’t worry, Pain tea is not a painkiller and contains NO narcotic or morphine, etc.
  • Three, you may also suffer from other problems such as constipation, cough, vomiting, fever, swelling of hands, feet, and stomach, etc. We have herbs specially formulated for these common problems. For example, just for cough alone we have:

Cough 1 –   for cough with blood.

Cough 3 –   for cough with yellow phlegm

Cough 5 –   for cough with white phlegm.

Cough 6 –   for cough with foamy phlegm.

Cough 10 –  for dry cough, no phlegm.

Cough 11 – for cough with itchy throat.

Cough 12 – for cough that has phlegm stuck in the throat and is difficult to expel.

Since these teas are made from raw herbs, they have bitter taste and the smell is awful. So, be forewarned, for some people our herbal tea is not easy to drink. However, for most people the taste is no big deal. My two grandchildren, aged four and seven, take our herbal teas for flu, cough, covid-19, etc. without any problem!

We spent a lot of time with patients advising and prodding them to change their lifestyle and letting go of their emotional problems. Belief in God plus the full-hearted care, love and understanding from family members – spouse, children and relatives – are equally important requirements for healing.

I also like to tell all patients. Try to follow our therapy for a month. If after a month, the herbs do not help you in any way, please stop taking our herbs. I cannot help you anymore. You may wish to find someone else to help you. Is this a fair deal? And our therapy does not cost you a bomb, that you can be sure. In addition, you don’t need to pay us any consultation fee!

Do I Need to Take Care of My Diet?

Yes, absolutely. Let me also say this: Even if you are not taking our herbs, we still tell you to take care of your diet. There are no two ways about it. If you don’t want to take care of your diet, my advice to you is: Don’t follow my therapy. Go and find someone else who can make you happy and tell you that you can eat anything you like!

Some patients told me:

My doctor said I can eat what I like. Food has nothing to do with my cancer.

My doctor said I have never seen any research paper linking diet to cancer.

My doctor said I need to eat a lot of meat, eggs, etc. to make me stronger. I need a lot of protein.

Over the years, I have read a lot of books on diet and cancer. Listen to what medical experts themselves said about the importance of diet in cancer healing.

Here is a list of some of the food that we ask you to avoid.

  1. All animal meat
  2. no animal meat, e.g. chicken, mutton, beef, pork, etc.
  3. no seafood or farmed fish
  4. free-range fish is optional (fish that is not “toxic”)
  5. Take fish sparingly (5 % of entire meal)
  • Dairy Products
  • no milk
  • no cheese
  • no ice cream
  • yoghurt is optional.
  • Sugar
  • no refined white sugar
  • no “raw” crystalline sugar (served in hotels or coffee joints)
  • no drinks with hidden sugar (Milo, Ovaltine, Horlicks, Vico, etc)
  • no carbonated drinks (including diet coke or other sodas, etc)
  • pure, raw honey is optional.
  • sugar that is found naturally in fruits or vegetables is alright.
  • Salt
  • no refined white salt or table salt
  • no soy sauce (kicap)
  • raw sea salt, raw spring salt, Himalayan salt, Celtic salt is optional.
  • Oil
  • no oily food
  • no cooking with refined oil, e.g., vegetable oil, corn oil, sun flower seed oil
  • use only unrefined sesame seed oil, coconut oil (cold pressed or home-made) or ghee (clarified butter) for cooking.
  • Olive oil (extra virgin) may be used to drizzle on cooked food or for salad dressing
  • NO oil at all for those with liver problems
  • Avoid foods made from processed, refined flour (biscuits, noodles, bread etc). Whole grain is best.
  • RULE OF THUMB: The less the food is processed, the better it is for you. Natural, unprocessed food is best for you.

This is my experience with some cancer patients. Initially, they did very well after following our therapy. But as they got better, they started to go back to their old “cancer-promoting diet”. Not long after this, their cancer came back again.

I have seen enough cases of recurrence due to bad food to convince me that what I am telling you about diet is true. But it is your prerogative whether you want to believe me or not. Make your choice – you want to live, or you want to die!

Besides Diet, What Else Must I Do to Heal Myself?

Apart from diet, we ask you to:

  • Re-examine your lifestyle and make changes for the better. Is your working life or family life stressful? Find ways to reduce that stress!
  • You may want to talk about your “feelings” with family, trusted friends or even health professional about the problems that are haunting you.
  • Doing things that you enjoy such as spending time with family and friends, socialising or participate in relaxing activities that can help to reduce stress.
  • If you are a smoker, it is time to quit smoking. Similarly, know that alcohol is not good for your health. Time to give up your drinking habit.
  • Re-examine your mental attitude towards life. Are you the type who cannot live in peace with your own self or others? Is there anything inside your head that bothers you and make you unhappy? Are you the aggressive and quarrelsome type?
  • It is time to learn how to forgive and forget.
  • Getting a good night sleep is important. If you are not sleeping well – ask what is bothering you?
  • Do daily exercise to keep fit. You can go for a walk or jogging in the park or by the beach. Enjoy nature! You can go for taiqi or qigong, meditation, yoga, etc. But remember, whatever you do, please do not overstress yourself.
  • Seek the help of Spirituality. For me, I find that a strong faith is God is most comforting. But each of us has our own belief system. It is up to you to find what brings you peace.

What Can Your Therapy Do to Help Me?

Let us be realistic. Most of the patients who came or wrote to me are “medically” given up. They have undergone all medical treatments and failed. But when they come to me, they expect me to cure them. No, I am sorry I cannot cure you. But God willing, I may be able to help you and restore some aspects of your health if you believe in what I ask you to do.

So, if you come to me expecting me to cure your cancer, I must be cheating you if I say I can do that. But if you come hoping for me to make your life a bit better, probably it is possible but that too I cannot promise. I can only try my best to help.

When we started CA Care, one of the first thing I did was to collect data of the problems that patients suffered besides their cancer. A study involving three hundred patients showed that:

  • 25.3% of them had pain.
  • 16.3% had constipation.
  • 15% had coughs.
  • 6% had edema or swelling of the lower part of the body.
  • 5.3% suffered ascites (fluid in peritoneal cavity) with distended abdomen.
  • 5% were still on chemotherapy.
  • 1% were on radiotherapy.

Besides the above, over time we encountered patients with various other problems such as insomnia, “gassy” stomach and gastritis, vomiting, loss of appetite, low blood counts, etc. We now have herbal teas to help you with all these problems.

Can Your Therapy Cause Damage to Kidney/Liver?

The herbal teas are formulated by me after much research on their effectiveness as well as their toxicity. Herbs that are known to be toxic or cause harm to bodily functions or organs are not used in our formulation.

Secondly, there is no narcotic or banned drugs in our herbal teas. In Malaysia, the use of narcotics such as opium, marijuana, etc. is illegal and carry a death penalty.  So, you can be sure that I am not going to stick my neck out! We obey the law strictly on this.

One question I was often asked is whether the herbs can cause damage to the kidney or liver. For your information, all my family members – wife, sons and daughter, and grandchildren – also take the herbal teas (that are prescribed to cancer patients) when they have problems such as cough, flu, covid-19 infection, etc.

I remember a nurse who came to me for help after removing a tumour in her tongue.  She refused follow-up chemotherapy or radiotherapy. The first question she asked me during the first consultation is: Will your herbs cause damage to my kidneys or liver! This happened in December 2007. I cannot remember how I responded to her question! But one thing is evident, it has been fifteen years and she is still taking our herbs. There is no damage to her kidney or liver yet. Compare that to chemotherapy or radiotherapy or even Panadol (paracetamol) and see what you could end up with.

Lee had kidney cancer and one of his kidneys was removed. After surgery, he started to take our herbs. The remaining one kidney was functioning well even after twenty years.

Many patients with hepatitis, cirrhosis and liver cancer took our herbs. Their damaged liver got better after taking our herbs. If the herbs are toxic to the liver, they would not get any positive response.

How Long Must I Follow Your Therapy?

I cannot answer this question! It is your life, and you need to make that decision yourself. As I have said earlier, there is no cure for cancer. I have patients who took herbs for ten, fifteen or twenty years – unfortunately the cancer still recurs after they committed some mistakes.

I have also explained that the herbs do not kill any cancer cells in your body. The herbs help restore your bodily functions and take care of the cancer cells. When you first came to see us, you were sick. After taking the herbs you felt better. Are you going to give up and let your health go downhill again? My advice to all patients: Continue to do what you are doing that makes you well. Take the herbs, take care of your diet, and live a happy and stress-free life.

Your cancer may come back again if you do not take care. If you start to go back to your old way of life, the chances are high that the cancer may recur. So, it is your choice.

What must I do to heal my cancer?

In my years of helping cancer patients, I have realized that often it is not the cancer that is difficult to help. It is the human being that is difficult to help. I often say this: I can only help 30% of the patients. For the remaining 70%, I am sorry I cannot.

Most patients come expecting me to heal them on their own terms. They want to pick and choose what they want to do. Some of them behave as if they know better or are well read than me! For such people, I generally ask them to go home and think carefully about what they want to do. This is a polite way of saying: Please go to some other people who can help you!

Please also understand that healing takes time. Know that cancer does not strike you like a thunderbolt. There is no need to panic as if the world is going to end tomorrow. Relax. There is no instant cure for cancer.

Most of the patients who come to CA Care are in an advanced stage. After taking the herbs for a week or two, they usually experience some relief, and this raises their expectation that healing should come immediately. Such high expectation is indeed regrettable and unrealistic. Cancer patients should be patient for healing takes time. Even more tragic is that, after regaining some health and doing rather well, some patients even go further and take additional herbs touted by others in the hope that their healing comes even faster. This is indeed the wrong thing to do! We know of many cases where patients die soon after taking such instant healing herbs. Cancer patients cannot afford to make any more mistakes because this could cost them their lives.

Belief and commitment.

If you wish to follow our therapy, it is important that you believe in what we are doing. If you do not believe that our therapy can help you, please do not take our herbs. Go to someone n else whom you think can help you.

If you believe in our therapy, it is important that you stay committed in following what we tell you to do. There is no half measure. If you are not fully committed, the chances are that you will not find your healing.  I have come across may patients who just want to find healing on their own terms. A patient told me: One day a week I need to go to the pub. Sit down with my friends and have a shot of whiskey! Another came up with this excuse: I don’t have to worry. I can eat whatever I like. Your herbs will “cleanse” me of whatever toxins that I put it.

One good excuse which I never ever forget is from a liver cancer patient. Doctors in Singapore and China had given up on him. He told me: I like to eat. If I cannot eat what I like I will go hungry. When I die, I will become a “hungry ghost.” (some people believe that hungry ghosts return to earth once a year). He took the herbs, got better, and lived for another one year and eight months before he died.

Cultivate a sense of gratitude.

I remember a lady with breast cancer. She had undergone surgery, chemo, and radiation. Then she decided to take our herbs. One day, I told her: You need to remember that you are lucky. She replied: What is so lucky about me. I already have cancer! I told her this: The wife of my university colleague had breast cancer like you. She had surgery, chemo, and radiation like you. She ended up with a swollen arm, suffered and died. Don’t you think you are lucky that that does not happen to you?

It is good that we all learn to be happy for what we are. Give thanks for all the blessings we receive each day. Sometimes the “bad” things that happy is not bad but a lesson for us to learn from. Over the years, I have read books in which the authors said the cancer that they have is a blessing! How can that be? You may not be able to understand this unless you cultivate a sense of gratitude in you.
