Liver Cancer or Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)

1.      About 90% to 95% of primary liver tumours are hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and they arise from the parenchyma cells within the liver.

2.      Cancers that arise from other primary sites (such as colon, rectum, pancreas, breasts, ovaries and stomach) may end up in the liver, giving rise to metastatic liver cancer. Metastatic liver cancer is thirty to forty times more common than HCC.

Treatment Based on Bad Science

Or Where Is The Science?

Fall-into-hole

Patients know nothing about chemo-drugs.

But some oncologists asked patients to choose their own bullets or drugs to use.

Their choice is made based on affordability and convenience.

Their idea… is to see whether two doses of this poison is better than three doses of that poison ~ Glen Warner, oncologist.

State-of-the-art chemotherapy … was nothing more than different combinations of the same toxic drugs given in different schedules … It continues to ...

Is There A Cure For Cancer?

This is a tricky question with no simple Yes or No answer.

Example: If a breast cancer is detected early, surgery may be able to remove all the cancerous growth. The patient is well and considers herself cured.

Unfortunately, this patient has a high risk of developing cancer again some years later.

The cancer may recur at the original tumour site or may ...

Much of the advice given to us, even from some government sources, cannot be regarded as reliable, because of the overwhelming influence of vested-interest groups. We must, therefore, rely on ourselves and our own efforts to safeguarding our health ~ Professor Jane Plant.

There is no one correct treatment for cancer.

Ignoring Knowledge is Sickness

The problem with our society is that we enjoy being ignorant

Cancer – Is there another option?

The standard recipe of present day cancer treatments comes in different combinations of surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and oral drugs of some sort. This is sometimes referred to as slash, poison and burn method of treatment. Many people say the treatment is worse than the disease and many patients died because of the treatment rather than their cancer. Some authors even went to the extent of saying that present day cancer treatment with highly toxic drugs is crude and is probably ...
